One day at Kabukicho #DAY31 - What's next to take photos of?
It was raining on this day. Maybe visiting Kabukicho on raining day was for the first time since this day. So I am so sorry, but the number of photos taken is less than usual.
この日は雨だった。雨の時に歌舞伎町に来るのはたぶんこの日以来かな？そんなわけでちょっとごめんだけど撮った枚数はいつもよりも少なめっす。
Personally, the theme of this day was water drops and light reflecting to rain. Theme? Nope, it's not so formal stuff. It's something more casual. I just wanted to take an atmosphere something getting wet.
この日のテーマは個人的には水滴と雨に反射する光。テーマ？んー、そんな堅苦しいもんでもない。なんかもっとカジュアルな感じ。なんか濡れている感じを撮りたかっただけかな。
Since my grandma got hospitalized, I usually have dinner going out. I don't cook except when I really hope to at home. I don't have convinience store's meal neither. Ramen, bowl, udon noodles, curry, sushi and so on. Anyway, I can eat meals more delicious than ones I cook in addition.
祖母が入院してからは大体夕食は外で食べている。よっぽど自分で作りたい時以外は家で料理はしない。コンビニごはんも食べないなぁ。ラーメンとか丼ものとかうどんとかカレーとかお寿司とか・・・。自分で作るよりそっちの方がおいしいもの食べれるしな。
Of course I usually have dinner alone, but I had an appointment to have dinner with my friend together on this day. We had di nner at the usual sushi restaurant in Kabukicho. Miso soup of seaweed there is delicious just like I used it as a title of this article.
もちろん普段は一人で夕飯食べているんだけど、この日は友達とごはんの約束だった。歌舞伎町のいつものお寿司屋さんでごはん食べた。そこの海苔の味噌汁がおいしくて、この記事のタイトルに使ったくらいに。
Maybe this is where I took this photo before. Because I took too many photos in small area, I often get unsure if I have taken photos there before.
これはたぶん前にこの写真を撮ったところ。狭い範囲でいっぱい写真撮りすぎていて、そこで以前に写真を撮ったことがあるかとかよくわからなくなる。
Usually I set ISO sensitivity upto 1600, but rarely higher than that. But I took a few photos using ISO 3200 on this day and this is one of them. Do you mind high sensitivity noise? I don't.
普段はISO感度は 1600 までは上げてもそれ以上にすることはほとんどない。ただこの日は ISO 3200 で何枚か撮っていてこれはその一枚。高感度ノイズ気になる？自分は全然気にならないや。
This is another one taken by ISO 3200. How high sensitivity noise is less often becomes a topic of review of cameras. And often it's said the noise is ugly stuff. But I think that beautiful noise also exists. The context usually goes that the noise itself is ugly, but it should be mentioned more deeply, beauty of noise also should be mentioned by review in my opinion. Anyway, it depends on cameras to review of course.
ISO 3200 で撮った他の写真。高感度ノイズの少なさってってよくカメラのレビューで話に出てそのノイズってのが悪いものみたいに語られる。けど自分は美しいノイズってのも存在していると思っている。ノイズ自体悪いものって文脈で語られることがほとんどだけど、もっと・・・ノイズの美しさってのも語られるべきだと思っている。まあもちろんレビューするカメラ次第だけどね。

最近、『One day at Kabukicho』はただ歌舞伎町の写真を紹介するだけの連載ではなくなってきているな。歌舞伎町で撮った写真を使って自分の近況を書くような場所にもなってきている。まあいいや。
Basically I usually avoid to get appointment to go out with my friends on raining day, but sometimes it rains eventually. However, it's troublesome for me to take umbrella, I don't mean to dislike rain itself. So the rain of this day as less as necessary to take umbrella was acceptable for me. Even in the rain, I was taking photos using the usual Leica M-P without water proof. Anyway, I'd like to get a good relationship to light rain.

基本的に普段は雨の日には友達と出かける約束はしないように避けているんだけど、まあ雨が降っちゃうこともある。ただし傘がめんどくさくて嫌なだけで、別に雨自体が嫌いなわけではない。だから傘をさすほどでもないこの日の雨は許容範囲内。雨の中でも防水でもないいつもの Leica M-P で撮ってたし。でもまあ小雨くらいの雨とならいい関係を持っておきたいな。
