One day＠somewhere #DAY21 - I know posting flyers is part of someone's job, but still…
One day, I had an appointment in Shibuya, but I was worried about getting delayed by traffic, so I ended up arriving more than an hour early. At that point, I had two options, either go to a Starbucks and relax with a coffee for a bit, or head to hacktech's Shibuya office and get some small tasks done.
翌る日、渋谷で仕事の用事があったんだけど渋滞とかで遅れちゃうのが怖くて、約束の時間まで1時間以上前に渋谷についた。ここで選択肢は2つあった。スタバにでも行ってコーヒー飲みながらぼーっと過ごしてみるか、ハクテクの渋谷オフィスに行って細々とした仕事でもしておくか。
I don't go to the Shibuya office often, so every time I do, dealing with the mail is one of my must-do tasks. It's kind of funny, since I used to do tons of flyer drops when I worked at a pizza place, but I seriously hate getting them now. So after picking up the mail, I headed to my room in the office and sorted through it, separating the important stuff that needed checking from the flyers and ads. Once sorted, the flyers went straight into the trash.
Maybe if I were working at the office every day, those delivery flyers might actually be kind of useful. But unfortunately, for someone like me who only drops by occasionally, works for a few hours, and then moves on, they just end up as trash.
たまにしか行かないから毎回郵便物の回収と整理は渋谷のオフィスに行った時の必須タスク。ピザ屋さん時代に散々ポスティングをしていた身で言うのもアレなんだけど、ホントにポスティング広告は嫌になる。なので郵便物を回収したらオフィスの自分の部屋に行って、確認が必要な郵便物とチラシみたいなのの仕訳。仕訳したらチラシはゴミ箱へ。
もしかしたら毎日オフィスで仕事をしていたら出前系の広告はちょっとありがたいものなのかもしれないけど、あいにくたまに行って数時間だけ仕事してまた移動する、みたいな自分にとっては残念ながらそういうチラシもゴミになってしまう。
The Shibuya office is certainly in Shibuya, but it's not near places like Center-gai or Dogenzaka. It's more like a 3-minute walk from Shinsen Station, so it's usually really quiet. The photos I shared this time were taken around the Shibuya office, and as you can see, it's not the kind of noisy, chaotic Shibuya people often imagine. I have to go to the Shibuya office soon to sort out the mail.

渋谷のオフィスは渋谷とは言ってもセンター街とか道玄坂とか向こう方面じゃなくって、神泉駅から3分みたいな場所だから普段はすごく静か。今回載せた写真はそんな渋谷のオフィスの周辺で撮ったものだし、写真からもごみごみした雰囲気ではないことはわかるね。郵便物整理のためにもまた近々渋谷オフィスに行っておかないと。
