One day at Kabukicho #DAY104 - A night talking about the movie we watched the late night of the day before.
I went to watch the Godzilla moviet on the night before this day with my friend. But it was late night and it was finished after 4am, so we didn't have enough time to talk about it. So on this day which's the next day we went watching the movie, we went for a dinner again.
この日の前の日の深夜に友達と一緒にゴジラの映画を観に行った。けど夜も遅くて終わったのも朝4時過ぎであんまり映画について話す時間がなかった。ってことで映画行った翌日のこの日、またごはんに行ってきた。
The cup of Starbucks looks Christmas-like atmosphere. I had plenty of time on this day as well, so I kept shooting endlessly. But because of that, the number of photos became insanely so much as the result, so it was tough to develop them after I got home.
スタバのカップがクリスマスっぽい雰囲気だね。この日も時間には余裕があったので延々と撮影していた。けどそのせいで結果的に写真の枚数がえらいことになってしまって帰ってきてから現像するのが大変だったよ。
Well, I tried taking photos by various ways that I usually don't this time. Though I'm not sure what the answer is, I thought trying to capture the scenery as I saw anyway. So, instead of changing how I take photos, I thought I'd change how I see things.
さて、今回はなんだかいつもはしないような写真の撮り方をいろいろしてみた。何が正解なのかが自分でイマイチよくわかっていないんだけど、とにかく見た景色を見たように撮ってみようと。で、撮り方を変えるんじゃなくて見方を変えてみようって思い至って。
Even though I thought such that, it's not easy to change seeing things on different ways. So recently I take notes when I guess something I want to take. It's not bad to take photos with thinking nothing because it's snaps, but it's not bad either taking photos with something to prepare a bit, I guess. For instance, planning to shoot this way if I encounter situation like this.
とは思ったところでそう簡単にモノの見方って変えられるものでもなくって。だから最近はどんな写真が撮りたいのかってのを思いついた時にメモに残すようにもしていたりする。スナップだから何も考えずに撮るってのも好きだしいいんだけど、多少の準備をして撮るのもまた悪くないかなーと。こういう状況があったらこうやって撮ってみよう、とか。
This is the same to my work in my case, but actually I always stock a lot of ideas. I mean I stock ideas how to do, what to do when facing each of situations. This is especially the fact in case of my work, it'll mean to lose the game if I lost stocks of those ideas.
これは自分の場合仕事でも同じなんだけど結構いつもアイデアをストックしてあって。こういう状況だったらこんな感じのことしよう、こうしてみようってね。仕事の場合は特にそう感じているけど、そういうアイデアのストックがなくなってしまったら負けだよ。
When I was waiting for my friend to come, I took this photo because it looked so yummy. Roll sushi looks yummy... I didn't have it though.
お店の前で友達を待っていた時にあまりにもうまそうで写真を撮ってしまった。うまそうなロール寿司・・・いや、食べてないけどね。
So, where we chose for the place to talk at is TsuruTonTan. I took the photo of roll sushi, but it's an udon restaurant actually.
そんなわけで語らいの舞台にやってきたのはつるとんたん。ロール寿司の写真を撮っておいてなんだけどうどん屋さんだからね。
Leaving aside the endless talk about the movie from the previous day. Due to our occasional visits, staff at the TsuruTonTan has completely remembered us. According to my friend, "It's pleasure to be remembered at a restaurant with so many customers in Shinjuku, the busy city", she said.
前日の映画の語らいが止まらなかったのはともかくとして。ちょこちょこと立ち寄っていたせいか、つるとんたんのお店の人に完全に覚えられてしまった。友達曰く『これだけ人が来る新宿のお店で覚えてもらえるなんてうれしいね』とのこと。
It's filled with a lot of people pulling suitcases.
スーツケースを引いている人ばっかりだな。
I noticed that I hadn't taken this sort of photos before when I was developing photos. I mean I was properly able to take photos different from usual. Uhm, I wonder I just want a thrill or something. It's okay, I'll get to know something while keeping on doing.

あ、こういう写真今まで撮ってなかったなって現像していて気づいた。ちゃんといつもと違うようなの撮れてたじゃん、って。うーん、ただ刺激が欲しいだけなのかなぁ。まあいいや、続けていくうちにまた何かわかるだろう。
