Finally the OSnine got support of drag and drop multiple files.
Do you guys remember a project called "OSnine" ? It's the project I started early last year. It already had been the system that's enough capable for me, but there was only one feature that hasn't been supported yet and I wanted to realize someday. That's support drag and drop multiple files.
みんな "OSnine" ってプロジェクト覚えてる？去年の初め頃に自分がはじめたプロジェクト。自分で使うにはすでに十分なシステムにはなっていたんだけど、ひとつだけ未実装のままでそのうち実現したいなーって機能があった。それが複数ファイルのドラッグ&ドロップのサポートだった。
One last piece that still remained.
Development of following main features have been completed on last year.
- Resizable windows
- Overwraping windows
- Shortcut keys and keyboard support
- File system like MacOS 9
- Drag and drop file to add to OSnine
- Drag and drop support (Limited : File that can be done drag and drop at once is only a single file.)
And the last piece that still remaind was the feature was the support of drag and drop multiple files.
以下の主たる機能は去年の時点で実装が完了していた。
で、最後に残っていたのが複数ファイルのドラッグ&ドロップのサポートだった。
Finally.
Yeah, as you can see the screenshot above, finally the support of drag and drop multiple files got completed. Though two files are being dragged on the screenshot above, more than three files can also be done of course.
うん、上のスクリーンショットを見ればわかるように、遂に複数ファイルのドラッグ&ドロップのサポートができた。上のスクリーンショットでは2つのファイルをドラッグしているけど、3つ以上ももちろんできる。
It took a long time though, now I think the development of the OSnine reached to the first milestone. Development itself is not the purpose actually, the purpose is to make what I want to use, so I have no idea what will be the next milestone. But I'm sure that I'm gonna keep using OSnine for a while, because articles of the Voice are written using a text editor called "amEmacs.io" running on the OSnine as well.

ちょっと時間がかかったけど、これで OSnine の開発も最初のマイルストーンに到達したと思う。開発自体が目的じゃなくて、使いたいものを作るってのが目的だったから次のマイルストーンがどうなるかはわからない。けど OSnine は使い続けるな。ここの記事も OSnine 上で動く "amEmacs.io" ってエディタで書いているわけだし。
OSnine でなにかいいアイデアがあったら Twitter とか Slack とかで教えてもらえれば、と。
