One day＠somewhere #DAY2 - The day I bought Leica M-P Typ240 and Summicron 50mm at Shinjuku.
I didn't leave any notes when to buy Leica M-P, it seems to be September 20th, 2020, according to EXIF information of photos taken by the Leica M-P for the first time. I remember that I took a walk around Shinjuku taking photos as soon as I bought the one. My days with Leica M-P started from this day on. By the way, some parts of today's article could be going to be close to this article that I posted a few days later I got the Leica M-P.
Leica M-P をいつ買ったとかメモは残っていないんだけど、Leica M-P で最初に撮った写真の EXIF 情報によると2020年9月20日のことだったらしい。買ってそのまま新宿で写真を撮って歩き回ったのを覚えている。Leica M-P と共にする日々はこの日はじまった。ちなみに今日の記事は Leica M-P を手に入れた数日後に書いたこの記事と一部似たところが出てくるかも。
Because it was as soon as I bought the one, photos taken on this day are clearly not stable comparing to photos I take nowadays. Anyway, I remember what I wanted to take on this day and that's same to current actually, nothing changed. That's scenary of downtown of the night.
買った直後だったから、この日の写真は最近撮っている写真と比べると明らかに安定していない。でもまあこの日なにを撮りたかったかは覚えていて、実はそれは今と一緒でなにも変わっていない。それは夜の繁華街の景色。
I want to take photos like this in Kabukicho as well. I mean scenery with people. I don't mean it's not good scenery without people.
歌舞伎町でもこんな感じの写真を撮りたいなぁ。人がいる景色。人がいない景色がダメってわけでもないんだけどね。
This is not something special, but I like ones like this. Because we can easily get to know when I took this photo through things that are sold and so on. As a sort of record?
なんも特別なもんじゃないんだけど、こういうの好き。売っているものとかからいつ撮った写真か簡単にわかるから。ある種の記録的なものとして？
I used to use Leica M2 as a borrowed one when I was a collage student, but it was very first time for me to use digital age Leica M this time. What I was very impressed the most was JPEG image the camera outputed. Color, contrast, color temperature and so on, all of them were what I wanted and also I could feel nothing unnatural. Nowadays I develop photos I took with Lightroom though. What I got impressed is not only this.
大学生の頃に借り物の Leica M2 は使っていたんだけど、デジタル世代のM型ライカを使うのはこの時が初めて。なにに感動したかって、カメラが出力した JPEG 画像。色、コントラスト、色温度とか・・・全部が自分が求めていたものでまったく不自然さを感じなかった。今となっちゃ撮った後の写真を Lightroom で現像しているけど。感動したのはこれだけじゃない。
Though I may've mentioned this before, shooting experience of Leica M is awesome, at least for me. I don't mean to deny any others including DSLR, I do use OM-D from OLYMPUS as well in reality. I also use RX100III recently as you guys reading here know. It's quite difficult to explain what makes shooting experience of the Leica M great, someday I hope to describe it. Yep, I just want to increase people who can share how it is with me.
これ、過去にも書いているかもしれないけど、M型ライカの撮影体験が最高。少なくとも自分にとっては。デジタル一眼とか他のカメラを否定する気なんて全くなくて、実際に自分も OM-D 使っているし。ここを読んでくれている人にはご存知の通り、最近は RX100III も使っているしね。M型ライカの撮影体験を説明するのって難しいんだけど、いつか説明したいなーとは思っている。うん、この感覚を共有できる人を増やしたいだけなんだけどね。
I may've found it. Why I can't take photos like this at Kabukicho even I've taken a lot of photos there. Because everyone on the photo is just walking in case of this photo. But in case of Kabukicho, there are a lot of people just standing there.
わかったかも。なんで歌舞伎町で大量に写真撮っているのにこういうのを撮れないか。この写真に写っている人の場合、みんな歩いているんだ。けど歌舞伎町の場合、ずっと立っているだけの人が多いんだ。
I watched photos I took on this day since a while. It's pretty nice to review photos taken many years ago. It will never happen that the number of photos decreases, it's just gonna be more and more. The number of photos of Yuzu-san is exactly that. So, I'm gonna keep on arranging photos.

この日に撮った写真、久しぶりにみた。何年も前に撮った写真を振り返ってみるってのもなかなかいいね。写真の枚数ってどんどん増え続けるだけで減ることはありえないからね。ゆずさんの写真とかまさにそれだ。よし、どんどん写真整理していくよ。
