One day＠somewhere #DAY22 to #DAY23 - A long-awaited two-night, three-day family trip.
This is our first family trip since May this year. The participants are the usual members, me, my dad, and my brother's family (my brother, his wife, and their two sons). But this time, there's a bit of a twist. About two years ago, my brother had said "If we can manage it, I'd like to do a two-night, three-day trip", and this time, that wish finally came true. It was a full two-night, three-day family trip. Here's the article from our May trip.
今年の5月以来の家族旅行。参加メンバーはいつも通り自分、父、弟家族（弟、弟のお嫁さん、甥っ子二人）、ただ今回はいつもとちょっと違う。確か2年前くらいから弟が『余裕があれが2泊3日とかで行きたいね』って言っていたのが、今回遂に叶っての2泊3日の家族旅行と相成りました。前回、5月の旅行の記事はこちらから。
Since it was a two-night, three-day trip, I made the article title something like "#DAY22 to #DAY23". This time, our trip took us to Minakami in Gunma Prefecture and Yuzawa in Niigata Prefecture. Day 1 was Minakami, and Day 2 was Yuzawa. Maybe I overdid it a bit during the trip, because there were moments when I felt a little unwell, but I managed by taking short breaks here and there.
Like in all my family trip articles, I hardly took any photos worth posting this time as well.
2泊3日ってことで記事のタイトルの "#DAY" も "#DAY22 to #DAY23" って感じにしてみた。さて、今回の舞台は群馬県の水上と新潟県の湯沢。1日目が水上、2日目が湯沢。旅行中もちょっと騒ぎすぎたのか、少し気分が悪くなることがあったんだけど、まあ少し休んだりしてなんとか。
あと家族旅行の記事では毎度のことなんだけど、今回も記事に載せられるような写真はほとんど撮ってないっす。
All the meals at the hotels on this trip were buffet-style, and every one of them was really delicious. I was especially surprised by the steak at the hotel dinner on the second day. We'd already had yakiniku for lunch that day, and since it was buffet-style steak, I wasn't expecting much... but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. It was incredibly delicious.
今回はホテルでの食事は全ての食事がバイキング形式だったんだけど、どこも食事はすごくおいしかった。特にびっくりしたのが2日目のホテルの夕食であったステーキ。その日のお昼は焼肉食べていたし、まあバイキングで提供されるステーキだし・・・ってそこまで過度な期待はしていなかったんだけど、いい意味で裏切られた。めちゃくちゃおいしかった。
The next time we gather will probably be at the end of the year. After we all got home, we chatted a bit in our group chat, wondering where we'll go next time. My brother handles almost all the arrangements, so all I have to do is wait for updates. I could make the arrangements myself, of course, but since he has two small kids, it makes more sense to let him plan the trip with that in mind.
I'm looking forward to that and keep going until the end of the year.

次回、このメンバーで集合するのはおそらく年末。各自帰宅後にグループLINEでちょっと話していたけど、次回は一体どこに行くことになるのやら。手配は弟がほぼやってくれているので、自分はただ連絡を待っていればいいだけ。別にこっちで手配もできるんだけどね、小さい子供が2人いるから、その辺を加味して計画してもらうにはこっちでやるより弟に任せた方がいい。
それ楽しみにまた年末までがんばろ。
