One day at Kabukicho #DAY108 - Kabukicho has been quite dangerous lately, and I encountered fire trucks in the midst of it.
I arrived in Kabukicho as usual and when I was about to go for parking my car, I came across a scene with traffic restrictions and a large number of fire trucks. After parking my car and returning to the street, I saw that there were about 7 to 8 different fire trucks that had arrived.
いつものように歌舞伎町にやってきて、さて車を停めようかと思って駐車場に向かっていたら交通規制と大量の消防車がいる現場に遭遇した。車を駐車場に停めて通りに戻ってきてみると、軽く7〜8台くらいのいろんな消防車が来ていた。
Pedestrians can pass through, but there was traffic restriction for car. This is close to a location where recently a host was stabbed, I thought something might've happened again, but looking around, there didn't seem to be any incidents. What was this?
歩行者は通れるけど自動車は交通規制。ここってついこの間ホストの子が刺された現場のすぐ近くだからまたなにかあったのかと思ったけど、見渡してみても特に何か起きている感じはない。なんだったんだ？

交通規制の中、梯子車がやってきた。この梯子車は冒頭に載せた写真に後ろ姿を撮った梯子車。結局何が起こっていたのは最後までわからなかった。

The buildings lining in Kabukicho are filled with dazzling signs everywhere. I often pass through here, but it's the first time I noticed the exterior of this building. I thought it looked nice, so I took a photo.
歌舞伎町に立ち並ぶビルはどこもかしこも煌びやかな看板だらけ。ここってよく通っている場所なんだけど、このビルの外観が目に留まったのははじめて。なんかいいなって思って撮ってみた。
About a year ago, I used to take photos around this area a lot, but I hadn't taken many photos here recently. However, the scenery here hasn't changed at all from a year ago. In both of a positive sense and a negative sense.
一年位前はやたらとこの辺で写真を撮っていたんだけど最近あまり撮っていなかった。でもここの景色は一年前と全く変わりがない。いい意味でも、悪い意味でも。

It was around 3am in the deep midnight. Uber Eats is still available in Kabukicho even at this hour, I see. Around my home, I can't place orders anymore by around midnight, so I'm a bit envious.
