SONY RX100III, through sessions in Kabukicho.
I have already had a couple sessions for series called "One day at Kabukicho" with RX100III as a secondary camera in Kabukicho. I have had a quick tiny review for the RX100III, but today I'm gonna bring you my impression to use for the sessions in Kabukicho, the RX100III as a secondary camera and Leica M-P as a primary camera.
『One day at Kabukicho』の歌舞伎町での撮影ですでに何度か RX100III をサブカメラとして使っている。すでにちょこっとしたレビュー はしているんだけど、今日は歌舞伎町での撮影で RX100III をサブカメラとして、Leica M-P をメインカメラとして 使ってみての印象を届けてみようかなと思う。
Atmosphere of photos.
First of all, do not forget that this is my personal opinion, got it? What I got a good first impression of RX100III is that atmosphere of photos taken with RX100III and atmosphere of photos taken with Leica M-P are close when showing both of them side by side. There's no incongruousness. I felt so at least.
まずこれは自分の個人的な意見ってことでよろしく。RX100III の第一印象としてよかったのは、RX100III で撮った写真と Leica M-P で撮った写真の並べてみると雰囲気が近かったってこと。違和感がない。少なくとも自分にはそう感じられた。
Battery life.
When I use Leica M-P, I usually keep to power on, because amount of battery life is much enough which can't be comparable to recent cameras, such it's not necessary to worry about it.
How about the RX100III then?
I guess I don't need to get worried about its battery life probably, but I haven't believed it 100% yet. So now, I repeat to power on when releasing shutter and to power off after that every time. However, it takes about 1.5 seconds to power up every time and it's troublesome.
Leica M-P を使う時はだいたい電源入れっぱなし。最近のカメラとは比較にならないくらいバッテリーの保ちがいいから気にする必要がない。
んじゃ RX100III はどうか？
たぶん心配する必要はないとは思うんだけど、まだ完全には信じきれていない。だから今はまだシャッターを切る時に電源を入れて、終わったら切ってを繰り返している。ただ毎回起動するたびに 1.5 秒くらいかかって、それがめんどくさい。
Okay, now I realized that I am too much nerves. Because it can be charged via USB when amount of battery got empty anyway, for instance I can charge it connecting to iPad I usually carry on. So for the next time to use it outside, I wonder to try not to turn off it.
うーん、ちょっと気にしすぎかなって今思った。どうせバッテリーがなくなったら USB で充電できる、例えば普段いつも持ち歩いている iPad に繋いで充電できるわけだ。次は電源切らずに使ってみようかな。
Next session.
The next session at Kabukicho is scheduled in this year, so I'm gonna try it more and more there. On the last of this article, let me complain one thing. Recently price tag of films is too high. I can't use film cameras easily.
歌舞伎町での次の撮影は年内の予定だし、そこでもっといろいろ試してみよう。最後に文句をひとつだけ。最近フィルムの値段が高すぎてなかなかフィルムカメラを使えないんだよ。
