We have decided to establish a new company.
I wrote an article that I created a new workspace in Shibuya, and some people may have noticed, but I'm in the process of creating a new company, actually. This time, it's the company its representative director is me. My title is CEO, a repsentative director.
ちょっと前に渋谷に新しく仕事場を作ることになったよーみたいな記事を書いていて、もしかしたら気づいていた人もいるかもしれないけれども、新しい会社を作ることになりました。今回は自分が代表の会社っす。肩書きは代表取締役CEO。
The reason why I posted the article today is because I went to the legal affairs bureau to complete various procedures. Strictly speaking, the establishment of the company is not yet complete as I have only submitted the necessary documents (it'll likely take 2-4 weeks until registration is complete), but I've finished all the necessary procedures for establishing the new company for now.
By the way, all the photos this time were taken on the way back from submitting documents to the Legal Affairs Bureau. I just felt like taking them.
で、なんで今日になって記事を上げたのかといえば、一応今日法務局での諸々の手続きを行なってきたので。厳密にはまだ必要書類を提出しただけで会社の設立自体は完了していない（登記完了までには2〜4週間くらいかかりそう）んだけど、とりあえず新会社設立に必要な手続きは一通り終わったので。
ちなみに今回の写真は全部、法務局に書類を出しに行った帰りに撮った写真。なんとなく、撮っておきたくなって。
Well, by writing it like this, you may wonder what about me and the company I have been belonging to so far, but basically things will remain unchaged. If there's anything that will change, it's probably how I use my time. Up until now, I've been able to dedicate 100% of my time to that company, but I don't think I'll be able to continue doing that in the future.
Well, having said that, I had been working towards establishing this new company since around January of this year, so my way of spending time had already been changing.
さて、こう書くと今まで役員やっていた会社の方はどうなるのー？って話にもなると思うんだけど、そっちは基本的に今までと変わらずっす。まあ何か変わるものがあるとすれば、時間の使い方が変わるのかな。今までは100%の時間をそっちの会社に費やすことができていたけど、今後はそういうわけにもいかなくなるとは思うので。
まあそうは言っても、そもそも今年の1月くらいからこの新会社設立のために動いていたから、もうすでにこの時間の使い方っていうのは変わってきていたんだけどね。
Once the registration is successfully completed, we can check it on the website of the National Tax Agency. So, after about two weeks, I will check from time to time to make sure that the registration has been completed properly. So, I'm going to report back once I've confirmed that the registration of the new company has been completed.
登記が無事完了すると国税庁のウェブサイトから確認できるようになるので、2週間くらい経ったらちゃんと登記完了したか、ちょこちょこ確認してみようと思います。そんなわけで新会社の登記が完了したのを確認できたらまた報告します。
