Despite the heavy rain, I wondered if there would still be people around the TŌYOKO area, so I wandered around to check. But both TŌYOKO and Ichiban-gai were almost empty as you can see from the photos, something we'd never expect on a normal day.

これだけ雨が降っているけどトー横辺りは変わらずに人がいるのかなぁ？とか思いながら散策してみたんだけど、トー横も一番街も写真の通り普段では考えられないくらい人が全然いなかった。
